Our missions at PCD, Inc. and PED, Inc.

Our purpose with PCD, Inc. is to promote rural community economic development by providing and ensuring the availability of decent, safe and affordable housing to low income and economically disadvantaged individuals and families and any other means consistent with general charitable purposes. PED, Inc.'s mission is to develop and promote economic activity around Pender and the surrounding area. Both entities share the same board of directors.
